In my career, I have witnessed countless Make-A-Wish Families see their wishes granted thanks to the generosity of Southwest Airlines (here’s one of many videos that illustrates how much it means to everyone involved). Authority Magazine was nice enough to talk to me about what it’s been like to see more than 15,000 tickets donated to Make-A-Wish alone.
